Valor is one of Young Livings most popular oils and is one of the oils featured in the premium starter kit. Many people who use Valor will list it among their favorites. But why?
I use valor personally in two ways: to help manage my dog's anxiety and to help calm my godson. This is valor's biggest use: treating anxiety. The oil, made of Rosewood Essential Oil, Spruce Essential Oil, Frankincense Essential Oil, and Blue Tansy Essential Oil. Valor does not need a carrier oil, however, if using on pets/children it is always best to use a carrier oil at first to see how they react/get them used to the oil. Now personally, I've seen how it works on my pet and on a three year old's temper tantrum
(I swear, it is like magic), and a woman in my up-line swears by Valor to the point that when it comes back in stock (it is very popular and often is out of stock) she buys multiple bottles. It's also been documented to treat depression, muscle spasms, insomnia, nervous system issues, stress, ADD, spinal conditions, snoring, and similar conditions.
It is often used on the wrists, chest, or neck. Many people also put valor on their feet following certain spots that are thought to help certain areas of the body. It can be diffused, added to bath water, and not only can it be used on people but it can be used on pets. I swear by it with my one dog Clinton. We rescued him from a shelter and he will often display anxious behavior. Whenever I bring Valor out he comes running. Often it puts him to sleep. (Now our puppy is another story. I can't say this will work on puppy energy.)
This is one of those must-have oils, which is why it is included in the premium starter kit.
